Completing the online application

The application for the online master’s program in engineering has some important steps in its process.  Please read these steps below:

1. Always, carefully read the application instructions and any communication that you receive regarding your application and its status.  This will assure a timely and smooth admissions experience.

2. You must apply to a specific major and should complete one application for the program per year.  Be sure to know which major best suits your career and academic goals.  If you do think another major is a better fit after receiving a decision, please contact ep-admissions@jhu.edu to initiate a second review.  We will reach out if we need any additional new material.

3. You should create an application account and complete all required questions on the application.  The most important material to submit once you receive an offer is an official transcript.  Please note, uploading a transcript to the application account may satisfy the application review checklist, but this does not qualify as an official transcript.  The picture of the student status page below signifies the application is ready for evaluation but does not indicate an official transcript has been received.  Our office will send a confirmation email from ep-transcripts@jhu.edu to confirm your official transcript has been verified and received for enrollment purposes.
